Deactivate and uninstall

Deactivate

Removes everything that changes how your site is served:

• the advanced-cache.php file and the WP_CACHE line in wp-config.php
• the Softminal Cache block in .htaccess
• all cached pages and optimised files
• preload, image conversion, database cleanup and other scheduled tasks

Your settings are kept, so you can activate it again later.

Delete

Does everything above, and also removes:

• the cache folders
• its settings, history table and other saved data
• the WebP and AVIF copies Softminal Cache made (copies made by another image plugin are left alone)

To keep settings when you delete the plugin, add this to wp-config.php first:
