The right side of the Database tab helps you understand your database.
Database size
Shows your largest tables, so you can see where the space goes.
Loaded on every page
WordPress loads “autoloaded” options on every page. If they add up to more than 1 MB, your site slows down. The card lists the biggest ones. Click Don’t autoload next to an option a removed plugin left behind. Core WordPress options are protected.
Scheduled tasks
Lists tasks that are more than a day overdue, often from plugins you removed. Click Run now to run one.
